Alex is the founder of XOOTS, which aim is to revolutionise technical talent recruitment by harnessing the power of generative AI, thus enhancing team productivity. He is also co-host of the Beyond the Tech Podcast, Associate Partner of the European Artificial Intelligence Skills Alliance and Strategic Advisor to HuTech Solutions. He is also an expert in the Focus Group AI and the Working Group Digitalisation.
