Erland is a self-described IT, security and people specialist. He works with security awareness, culture, training, behaviour, change, compliance & risk. He is the co-founder and CEO of Secure Practice, which helps to raise awareness and increase employees’ security competence. Previously he also worked as a research scientist and he founded mWEB, a digital agency that designs web solutions for SMEs and voluntary organisations.
