Call for applications for the selection of members of the expert group on b2b data sharing and cloud computing contracts.

We are looking for an expert to join the Expert Group on B2B Data Sharing and Cloud Computing Contracts launched and managed jointly by the Directorate-General (DG) CONNECT and DG JUSTICE of the European Commission.

The group is launched in a framework of the Data Act legislative proposal, and its primary goal is to develop Standard Contractual Clauses for general purpose cloud use. Interested experts should represent a cloud provider or cloud-user company and have expertise in the contractual aspects of cloud computing.

DIGITAL SME will issue a support letter to its interested expert and help review and support your motivation letter.
Therefore, we urge the motivated experts to inform about their interest to participate and share their filled-in documents (draft cover letter, list of publications and other references, CV, classification and selection criteria forms) by e-mail with our colleagues Ms Annika Linck (a.linck@digitalsme.eu) and James Philpot (j.philpot@digitalsme.eu) by the 20 April, EOB.
