Eligibility
Companies meeting the following criteria can be considered for the label. The label is based on self-declaration and does not require a technical audit.
Location
The company is a legal entity headquartered in Europe.
Hosting
The company hosts its software and data within the EU or EFTA.
Infrastructure
The company confirms that it hosts its software and data with European hosting providers.
