The challenge for sustainability must be met in cities (75% of the world's population will live in urban areas in 2030) with data-driven planning and action models. Building models of analysis in urban areas is complex because it is complex to retrieve multi-parameter and multi-temporal data. Latitudo40 offers an innovative Urban Data Platform that uses Satellite data and Artificial Intelligence to create an environmental digital twin of the city and its three-dimensional representation to analyse the scenario's evolution (urbanisation, green areas, heat islands, population concentration, Urban Quality, Cooling capacity and Co2 sequestration). The collected data are transformed into urban qualitative indexes, comparable within the city or with other cities. A powerful tool to de ne evolution KPIs and monitor the achievement of objectives of each single planning activity
