KEY REF is a software platform based on Open Source technology, which allows the Municipality to adopt a centralised system of payments, incomes and the management of a single citizens registry. KEY REF enables the activation of services at individual demand for the management of school canteens, public transport, nurseries. The system allows a complete management of the service flow.It allows to associate each student to a specific service or multiple services,to give each student a unique card that is used by parents to recharge the service at the agreed centres; it allows the booking of canteen services and a more uniform and strict accounting of services ; it allows to alert citizens via sms.It allows citizens to make micro- payments of the service in each charging point , access to information and detail of service through the web portal from pc or smartphone.
