In this context, initiatives such as EuroStack – designed to build a robust, homegrown digital ecosystem aligned with European core values of democracy, privacy, and sustainability – are gaining significant political traction and cross-sectoral support. Creating a European tech infrastructure and supporting local capacity across the digital value chain is not just a strategic choice— it’s essential to ensure that the digital products and services we rely on are built to meet European regulatory standards and serve European interests.

To support this vision, DIGITAL SME is organising a series of events to showcase and promote European solutions that foster digital sovereignty. The events will highlight alternative digital tools developed within Europe that can replace non-European solutions, ensuring greater control over data security, compliance, and technological independence.

The event series will cover various aspects of digital sovereignty, from everyday office tools to cloud computing solutions. Key European providers will present their technologies, demonstrating viable alternatives for businesses as well as individual users.
