DIGITAL SME welcomes its newest staff member: Theodora Antoniou
DIGITAL SME is pleased to announce its recent team addition to the Brussels secretariat. Theodora Antoniou, the new Junior Policy and Communications officer. Theodora took upon her duties on the 9th of July 2018.
Theodora is a Cypriot national. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cyprus in European Studies and Modern languages and an M.A from the College of Europe in International Relations and diplomacy studies. She speaks fluent Greek English and French, has an advanced knowledge in Italian and German and a basic knowledge in Spanish and Arabic.
Theodora has an overall of 4,5 years of experience in the communications sector. Prior to joining DIGITAL SME, Theodora worked as a Communications Assistant in Buildings Performance Institute Europe and was a trainee at the European Commission in the Cabinet of Christos Stylianides the Commissioner of Humanitarian aid and crisis response. Before moving to Brussels, Theodora worked as a Communications Officer in a well-known Magazine in Cyprus.
Amongst other tasks, Theodora will be responsible for policy monitoring and analysing in topics related to DIGITAL SME’s priorities, while she will also be strengthening the overall communication activities of the alliance.
DIGITAL SME warmly welcomes its new team member and is confident that her competences will play a significant role for the progress of the European DIGITAL SME Alliance.
