DIGITAL SME is pleased to announce the re-election of Dr. Oliver Grün as President of the Alliance. Dr. Grün, the founder and CEO of GRÜN Software Group GmbH, has long been a leading advocate for the digital SME sector and serves as President of the German Federation of IT SMEs (BITMi). In his fourth mandate, he will continue to champion the role of SMEs in driving Europe’s digital transformation.
The General Assembly followed the second edition of the DIGITAL SME summit on 10 December at the European Economic and Social Committee. The Alliance is the joint effort of 29 national and regional SME associations from EU member states and neighbouring countries – representing over 45.000 SMEs. DIGITAL SME promotes the development of innovation across Europe, the exchange of knowledge and experiences in enterprises and business opportunities.
