The webinar “Unlock Funding for Cybersecurity Tools and Services Development: Upcoming Digital Europe Programme Calls” will take place on 25 November at 15:00 (CET) and will be an opportunity to learn about two Open Calls for proposals launched by the Digital Europe Programme and how you can benefit from funding to develop your cybersecurity services and technology:

During this session, participants will:

  • Gain in-depth insights on how to successfully apply for these Digital Europe Programme calls;
  • Learn the best practices for writing a winning proposal with expert knowledge, practical tools, and tips and tricks;
  • Ask questions during the Q&A session.

About the funding opportunities

  1. Support for Implementation of EU Legislation: This call seeks to fund proposals that can help companies with their compliance to European cybersecurity legislation, especially through the deployment of automated tools and trainings for companies, improving the uptake of cybersecurity measures and access to certification schemes.
  2. Development and Deployment of Advanced Key Technologies: This call will fund the development and deployment of cybersecurity tools, particularly related to cyber threat detection and CTI feeds. Tools that can be funded include threat detection, incident response, malware defence and vulnerability management. SMEs are particularly encouraged to apply.

Speaker

James Philpot is DIGITALS SME’s Cybersecurity and Data Project Manager, with nearly a decade of project management and acquisition experience. He has worked on projects under Interreg, Erasmus+, H2020, Horizon Europe and now the DIGITAL Europe Programme. As well as being part of DIGITAL SME’s project acquisition team, he is an experienced Project Manager,  as both a Work Package and Task leader and assistant Coordinator. He is currently working on 5 European projects covering cybersecurity and data.
