Maria holds a degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation, along with a Master’s in Political Science from ULB.

She built her career over seven years in an Insurtech company and further strengthened her expertise with an Executive Master in Human Resources. Today, she brings to the European DIGITAL SME Alliance a solid experience as an HR professional.

Maria is fluent in Italian, English, and French, and has a good command of Spanish. Fueled by a passion for continuous learning and collaboration, she brings energy, curiosity, and dedication to her role.
