Moritz graduated from the University of Vienna in Political Science and Arabic where he focused on the topics of digitalisation, migration, and European integration.

During his studies, he worked at the United Nations Office in Vienna, conducting workshops and communicating with visitors. After graduating, Moritz moved to Jordan for a communications internship at a grassroots organization for urban refugees.

In 2019, the Viennese native relocated back to Brussels to work at DIGITAL SME. Currently, he is responsible for Strategy and Business Development. In his free time, Moritz volunteers as the Deputy-Director of Programmes at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy Brussels.

He is fluent in German and English, and almost fluent in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, with very advanced Chinese and Arabic, and intermediate French and Turkish skills.
