About the funding opportunities
Advancing Large AI Models: This call seeks to develop new larger AI models or retrain existing ones to incorporate more data types to improve their performance and output, both at the top level and for downstream tasks. The research should focus on methodologies for enhancing the representation, alignment and interaction among the different data modalities.
Explainable and Robust AI: this call will fund research to advance the trustworthiness and transparency of AI models, particularly generative ones, by emphasizing the robustness and explainability of the decision-making processes in a wide variety of real-world conditions.
Speaker
Justina Bieliauskaite is DIGITAL SME’s Innovation Director, with more than a decade-long project acquisition experience, covering various funding frameworks (such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe (and ex H2020), Digital Europe Programme, Interreg, etc.). Besides project acquisition, Justina is also an experienced end-to-end project manager, who has served as a project coordinator, task or WP leader in multiple EU-funded projects. She is currently heading DIGITAL SME’s projects team which simultaneously runs around 20 projects under Justina’s supervision.
