Costanza Pestarino joins DIGITAL SME

Costanza joined the team at DIGITAL SME in 2023, assuming the role of Project Manager. Her primary focus lies in supporting DIGITAL SMEs’ endeavours related to cybersecurity and data projects. In addition to assisting the team with general tasks, she actively engages in various activities within the domains of artificial intelligence, digital policy and data management.
Costanza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a specialization in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University. Furthermore, she holds a Master’s degree in International Security from SciencesPo.
Prior to her role at DIGITAL SME, Costanza served as a Junior Manager at the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO), preparing technical deliverables related to standardization and certification, while also developing expertise in basic and disruptive technologies. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a Cyber Analyst in the Cyber Defence & Resilience FS branch at Deloitte and as a Counterterrorism Intern in the Cyber Team at the Counterterrorism Group.
She speaks Italian, English, French, and possesses a working knowledge of Russian.
