Gabriele Casalini joins DIGITAL SME

Gabriele joined DIGITAL SME team as a project manager intern, assisting DIGITAL SME’s work in projects on digital skills and smart communities. He supports the DIGITAL SME team with general tasks and participates in other activities in the field of sustainability, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
He studied Policy and Governance in the European Union at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, where he previously graduated in Political Science, Majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. On top of that, he participates in the CEOforLIFE and LUISS PNRR Task Force, working with companies and doing research linked to the digitalisation mission of the Italian PNRR. Before joining DIGITAL SME, he worked as an EU policy intern at MUST & Partners, a consultancy and lobbying agency based in Brussels.
He is very passionate about innovative technologies and eager to acquire new skills in project management by working on EU-funded projects, and he is enthusiastic to learn more about SMEs operating in the digital sector.
